Please download and complete the Project Proposal Request Form and submit it to any member of SJCCW if you are seeking our assistance with your project. Please note that each project will be reviewed by our Executive Committee at the next available meeting of the Committee. If the Executive Committee approves your project request, then the approved request will be presented to our general membership at the first meeting of the general membership which follows that Executive Committee meeting. Please allow at least 2 months to receive notice of approval. SJCCW thanks you for your cooperation.
